In 2009, Spencer County Fair Board added the Jr. Fair Board. This energetic group of fine, young people added a much needed dose of enthusiasm to our organization and contributed to other volunteer efforts within the county throughout the year. Their activities ranged from support for our local Council on Aging through fundraising for this organizations annual spring walkathon and concluding in December with their involvement in the Letters From Santa program by helping Santa to respond to the millions of letters from excited children. We are very proud of and grateful to this motivated group of kids!
